Kristin Fisher is joining CNN in 2021 when she joined CNN. The reporter will serve as the Space and Defense Correspondent. She covers everything, from NASA and Space Force, Space Force and commercial space businesses to the rise of Space Tourism. Kristin's parents were both NASA astronauts. Kristin spent her childhood in space. She has also been a White House reporter for FOX News that covers the Biden and Trump Administrations' positions regarding space-related issues. In that period she also covered two impeachment proceedings for President Trump and the presdiential 2020 campaign and two attempts by the administration to stop the spread of coronavirus. Additionally, she traveled with President Trump and the Vice President often. The trip included a shady trip with him to Afghanistan. Kristin was a TV local reporter for Grand Junction, Colorado, Little Rock, Arkansas, Washington, D.C., in which she was awarded an Emmy Award for her work as a "one-man-band" reporter, before being hired by CBS in the year 2015. Kristin's skills as a camerawoman has led her to create Field Mouse Films which specialized in making documentaries for clients of corporate nature, such as Uber Hotels & Resorts and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Kristin received her Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Boston University. Her current residence is Washington, D.C. with her husband and three year old daughter.
